Yoga Group Classes - beginner - intermediate - advanced:

  1. Group Yoga Classes are 1 1/2 hrs.

  2. All classes  are ongoing.

  3. Classes include Asanas for whole body flexibility, breathing, relaxation and stress releasing techniques and Meditation.

  4. Students can start at any time.

  5. Providing there is room, you are always welcome.

  6. Tea is served at the end of class.

* Beginner Yoga Class on Tues. evenings. Meeting every other week and on going  enrollment, start anytime.  Learn the necessary basics for a wonderfully inspired yoga practice.

Yoga and Meditation has been shown to help and alleviate stress as well as  symptoms of illness and disease. There are studies published showing the positive effects of Yoga and Meditation. Please contact us about your concerns.
